The Cats Meow was an eccentric little shop off of popular State Street in Madison from the 90's into the 2000's. A place to go for a great selection of rock, metal and punk t-shirts, some new, some vintage, as well as a variety of other eclectic items, mostly vintage. One of the many stores downtown that catered to the off beat, outside the fringes clientele.
