Red Decibel Records from Minneapolis, MN was the project of a guy named Jake Wisely who was responsible for getting 17 projects manufactured and distributed between the years of 1989 and 1995. Several Regional independent bands around the Minnesota / Wisconsin / Illinois triangle were affiliated with the label at one time including, Mass Optica, Rapscallion and Last Crack.
