Red Decibel Records from Minneapolis, MN was the project ofa guy named Jake Wisely who was responsible for getting 17 projects manufactured and distributed between the years of 1989 and 1995.  Several Regional independent bands around the Minnesota / Wisconsin / Illinois triangle were affiliated with the label at one time including, Mass Optica, Rapscallion and Last Crack.
