What is Relik Ragwear?
Relik Ragwear is a Wisconsin-inspired apparel brand focused on celebrating the nostalgia of cities and places across the state. Our designs highlight old logos, landmarks, and local spots that may no longer exist but remain part of Wisconsin’s story and memories.
Who creates the designs?
All designs are created by artists who were born and raised in Wisconsin. Even though some of us live elsewhere now, Wisconsin will always be home.
Do you release new designs?
Yes. Starting soon, we plan to add new designs weekly featuring different areas and memories from across Wisconsin.
Orders & Production
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Every Relik Ragwear piece is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, production takes a little longer than mass-produced items.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Should I double-check my size before ordering?
Yes. Because each item is made to order, we recommend double-checking your sizing before placing your order.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders, and free shipping on orders $75.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Can I return a washed item?
Unfortunately, items that have been washed cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order details and the reason for the return (size issue, defect, etc.). We’ll send instructions on how to proceed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If an item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Email relikragwear@gmail.com to begin an exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective in print.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund and notify you by email. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear.
Custom Design Requests
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. If you’re looking for a specific place, business, or memory from Wisconsin and don’t see it in the store, you can send us a request.
What happens if my idea becomes a design?
If your idea becomes an official design in the shop, you’ll receive a free T-shirt of that design before it launches.
